Wagyu/ Angus Cross

Our American Wagyu is at least 50% Wagyu, and the other percentage is Angus. All of our animals are DNA tested and verified. The tenderness and marbling is the perfect blend for a prime + quality steak. Our cattle are pasture raised and have access to top quality grain. Our beef is dry aged, and vacuum sealed for the most lasting freshness. All of our beef is USDA inspected and labeled.
