This American Wagyu quarter is 50/50 Wagyu/Angus. Our packaging is vacuumed sealed, and flash frozen for best taste and to keep the freshness. Ground beef is packaged by the pound and steaks are cut to 1 inch thickness. All roasts are 2-3lbs
