Our Filet is the most tender cut of steak that we offer. This melt-in-your-mouth experience is a favorite among customers. Although it has slightly less marbling than the ribeye, it is cut from the tenderloin which runs on either side of the spine, making it one of the most popular steaks. Our filets are cut to 1 inch thick and are between 4-6 ounces, perfect for a delicious meal. These are cooked great on the grill or can be pan-cooked or broiled.
